Grocery Stores Go Online to Improve Customer Experience

While several companies offer online grocery shopping services — including Peapod, Netgrocer and AULSuperStore.com — in central Ohio, some brick-and-mortar stores have begun or are planning to offer their own service. Grocers now are considering adding online shopping as an option because it makes grocery shopping easier for their customers, improves the customer expereince, and builds customer loyalty.
