The free loyalty program offers a number of special benefits to loyal customers and features four membership levels: Blue, Gold, Platinum
If you use Uber frequently, you’ll soon be rewarded for your rides. The rideshare company is rolling out a new tiered rewards program that allows customers to earn every time they use Uber or Uber Eats.
Frequent Rider Benefits
Points can be earned on all eligible purchases and will be structured as follows:
- 1 point per eligible dollar spent on UberPool and UberEats
- 2 points per eligible dollar spent on UberX, Uber XL, Select and WAV
- 3 points per eligible dollar spent on UberBlack, Black SUV and Lux

The benefits offered to each membership level are different with the base reward of $5 added to your Uber Cash balance for every 500 points earned, regardless of your membership level.
In addition to this base reward structure once loyalty program participants reach Gold level membership they will receive flexible cancellations: which will make it so they can cancel and rebook an eligible Uber trip within 15 minutes and have the cancellation fee refunded. Gold members will also receive priority support that gets them faster response times from experienced support agents across Uber and Uber Eats.

Once members move to the Platinum level they will retain the benefits of the gold membership plus receive price protection on a route,including periods of high traffic and high demand periods.As well as priority pickups to reduce wait times at most airports
Diamond members will compound benefits from all other membership levels as well as receive premium support, complimentary surprise upgrades from UberX to premium products like Uber Black at no extra cost, and a special “UberX Diamond” that gives members access to highly-rated drivers. Finally, Diamond members receive no delivery fee on three Uber Eats orders every six months.
Although the program is just starting out in nine initial cities it is expected to be available to the entire united states in the next couple of months and soon include the scooters and bikes making their appearance on Ubers
