Omaha Steaks has launched a loyalty program designed to reward customers with points by not only purchasing products but also through non-transactional behavior like referrals and sharing on social networks. The Omaha Steaks Steaklover Rewards program will also feature a premium membership tier for those spending $300 or more in a year.
“Our new Steaklover Rewards loyalty program is our way of showing our appreciation and sharing the love of steak and gourmet foods with our family of customers,” Todd Simon, senior vice president of Omaha Steaks said in a press release. “The program is free and easy to use and the rewards are simply delicious.”
Points that members accumulate for shopping are redeemable for product rewards or discounts on overall purchases. Monthly email statements will show the points earned and accumulated. Members will also receive promotional emails with exclusive offers and additional opportunities to earn points.
Steaklover Rewards Members will also have the chance to try new products, receive free gifts with purchases and be eligible for other exclusive perks. Steaklover Rewards is debuting online and will be expanded to the company’s Telesales and Retail divisions in late June.
In addition, there will be a premium membership tier for those customers who spend $300 or more in a year. Steaklover Rewards Premium Tier members will receive more points on every purchase, insider access to Omaha Steaks Executive Chef, Karl Marsh and free birthday dessert
